Overall, the Continental PremiumContact 6 had better dry handling and wet handling (measured by covering the lap on the clock). If you look at the tread pattern, it makes sense.
The outer shoulder area on the Continental has a better shape design which covers more area of the shoulders. This improves cornering. Heat is also a factor as more distance is travelled.
When the tire compound softens a bit due to heat, it loses a little grip on corners. Continental was able to manage heat better than Hankook.
Speaking of dry braking or tire grip on the road. Hankook outperformed Continental in these tests. The Hankook Ventus S1 Evo3 has more contact patch with the road due to its tread pattern design, resulting in a better grip on dry surfaces.
The Hankook also had a better grip on wet asphalt by a long shot. In addition to having more contact patch with the road, the sipe design on the tire (responsible for wiping away the water in front) was simply awesome.
Even so, wet handling was almost the same on both tires. It was better at aquaplaning, or, in other words, it was better at exhausting water from tires. In addition, Continental has wider grooves, so more water will be able to flow out.
Furthermore, it was surprising to find that even with more grip, Hankook’s rolling resistance was lower than that of PremiumContact. These tires are also less noisy and less expensive. These tires suddenly become a better choice.
Comparison of dry traction
The Hankook Ventus demonstrated descent dry grip and dry braking performance when tested on dry ground. Due to its aramid hybrid reinforcement belt, the steering is responsive, improving high-speed stability, as well.

Comparison of wet traction
